Good implementation takes careful planning. This module lays the foundations for success by introducing some key concepts of implementation science. It also supports you to define the change you’d like to see in your learning community, get buy-in from others and put together an Action Team.
Who is this module for?
This module is for educators and leaders who want to drive meaningful and sustainable change around mental health in their learning communities. The concepts in this module can be applied to early learning and school age care settings of any size or type.
The workbook
This module should be used alongside the Planning for Implementation workbook. By completing the workbook as you move through the modules, you’ll be scaffolded to develop an implementation Action Plan that’s tailored to your unique context.
